The Assembly

September 3, 2014

It's here you guys. It's finally here. All our hard work, the late (sometimes sleepless) nights, the planning, organising, dreaming and creating have finally paid off.

Meet our second baby, The Assembly

We have been so incredibly lucky to have Erika Rax help us out with the styling of our products and the shoot itself. Watching her do her 'thang' was such a dream and honestly, this woman just gets us! Having her on Team Assembly was one of the best decisions we've made (and trust me, we've made A LOT of bad decisions) throughout the process of this journey.

So welcome to The Assembly. For now, I won't bore you to death with details on how we  came up with the idea for this business of ours, and how we even got our act together to start it is a real mystery (FYI - we're the DVD watching, donut eating kind of people). For now, I really just want to show off all our products and our brand-spankin new website because ya know, I'm real proud and all that.

Come visit us over at The Assembly and drop us a line - we'd love to hear from you so any

  1. So proud of you, Nia. I know what it's meant to you bringing this to life (and the juggle that's come with it). Love your aesthetic (and Erika's work, of course!) Those spoons! Perf for scoffing chocolate pud in a mug :o) and don't get me started on the copper light. Boom, boom. xox

    1. Thanks E (and Alice)! Your sweet words mean a lot to me, seriously. Without your encouragement and those long email chains, it would've been impossible to get through those really really BAD days. Can't wait to get my hands on the Fete spring edition ;) xxxx

  2. Um, I think Elizabeth is onto something - we should find a chocolate pudding application for every item in the shop..

    1. I thought about this and I reckon you could pretty much use everything in the shop to prepare, eat & clean up after choc pudding... spoons to mix, paddles to eat with, tongs to assist with picking up hot plates from microwave, knife to smother more choc on pudding, plates & bowls to serve pudding, linen apron to protect your clothes from getting pudding on, tea towels to wipe your face with (we all know pudding's a messy business!), table & stools to eat pudding on and the light... for those late night midnight pudding snacks of course!!!!!
