Lately...

January 28, 2014

I have been feeling so unsettled lately.

It just feels like I have so many things that I want to do/achieve/accomplish yet and even though I have motivation to get through them all, I'm still feeling somewhat overwhelmed. So much to do and so little time! It doesn't help that life has been blitzing through so quickly and we're already at the end of January.

Speaking of being unsettled (but on a much happier note), the Neves are moving back to the beach! We will be back in Warriewood in about 9 weeks time and moving into a massive 5 bedder with ocean views from our top sunroom - bliss! As good as that all sounds, it will mean that the next few months our lives will be a bit chaotic. Lots of packing/cleaning/sorting in the old house and LOTS of renovating and re-decorating at the new place (seriously, the carpet in there looks a bit like dead squirrels all squished up as one - disgusting!).

So friends, I apologise in advance for the reduced amount of posting that will happen in the next months but I promise, I really DO have quite a few exciting things lined up for Life & Co this year. A new series called "Around the World" is about to kick off with the lovely Erika Raxworthy contributing, along with some DIY projects for V-Day, this exciting project will finally be revealed (hopefully before mid-year), Post-a-Parcel is happening as we speak and of course, I'll keep writing my little rants here and there to keep you all updated with life.

Wishing you all a very happy (and productive) week! x

  4. Good luck with packing! We did a move just a few months ago and it was a mammoth task because of our 4 kids and the stuff that they've accumulated over the years. Hopefully you'll have a much better time with your little one and her stuff!!

    1. 4 kids and packing? You totally deserve an award for that! Packing for the 3 of us have proven to be a difficult task already and you're so right - how can one little lady have THAT much stuff!
