My Secret Hiding Point

October 14, 2013

How many times have you said to yourself that this week will be THE week you cut down on naughty food and start eating healthy? I've lost count. I always start the week well and give up by Wednesday, and the main reason is always the fact that healthy food taste... well, boring. Plain. Cardboard-ish. And I always stumble at the thought of sweet glorious desserts (curse those good tastin', finger lickin' jar of salted caramel)!

That is, until I came across My Secret Hiding Point. A food blog dedicated on attractive, healthy and most importantly, delicious eating. The recipes are fast and simple to make, and they taste just like normal food. Actually, even better than normal food! Most of them don't have sugar (which is SO hard to believe when you look at these photos) and instead, they use stevia or dextrose (natural sweeteners) as sugar substitutes so it helps when you're trying to flatten that stubborn belly! Feast your eyes on these recipes and make sure you give one of them a try. I bet you'll get hooked.

  1. Here is one recipe I'm constantly coming back to as a substitute for store-bought muesli bars. I also sprinkle shredded coconut over the tops. So yummy as a snack!
