Verdict = gloriously good.
NO-CHURN CHOCOLATE & COCONUT ROUGH ICE CREAM
100g of dark chocolate
100g of milk chocolate
2 tablespoons of Nutella
1/2 cup of coconut rough pieces (or you can use shredded coconut)
200ml double cream
50g of caster sugar
1. Place the milk chocolate, dark chocolate and milk in a saucepan to melt.
2. Once mixture is melted, add Nutella and mix well.
3. Add the sugar and and double cream and whisk well until soft peaks form.
4. Pour into an airtight container and freeze for 6 hours overnight.
Hint - Add some chopped walnuts or almonds to give it a bit of a crunchy texture!
